Your loved ones can use their WIN.I.T.Y Rewards Card to pay for certificates for a subject of their interest!

There comes a time when transformation requires more than tradition. My name is Latonda Hinton, and I walk a new path—one I created from the ground up, forged through firsthand insight, resilience, and the quiet strength of those who’ve been system-bound yet soul-free. As the Life & Empowerment Reinvestment Support Facilitator at WIN.I.T.Y, I don’t simply guide; I liberate potential. My title is not borrowed from conventional models. It is an original calling—crafted for those who don’t fit the mold and never should have had to. I designed this role for the dreamers living within regulated boundaries, especially those within the DDD system, where vision and voice often go unheard. I exist not to navigate the rules, but to empower the human being within them.
My work is centered around helping individuals shift the lens of how they see themselves and how they spend on themselves—not just financially, but emotionally, spiritually, and energetically. This is not coaching as you’ve seen it. Its personal empowerment infused with purpose, clarity, and a reawakening of possibility. Whether my clients are struggling with self-worth, confidence, the effects of generational limitations, or learning how to reallocate what they already have to live with dignity and joy, I help them reconnect to their own sense of value. It’s about redefining investment—not into things, but into selves. Every client is met with a custom experience that honors who they are and where they dream of going.
WIN.I.T.Y was born out of necessity. Out of love. Out of a deep understanding that real empowerment doesn’t happen in sterile boxes—it blooms in personalized, dignified support. I am here to challenge the limitations and rewrite the narrative for individuals who've long been overlooked or underserved. I don’t teach people how to follow the system—I show them how to thrive within it while preparing for life beyond it. This is your permission to dream again, to live intentionally, and to invest in the one person who matters most—you.
THE FOUNDER:
WIN.I.T.Y, was founded in August 2024 by Latonda Hinton, who currently resides in New Jersey. Latonda has struggled with finding and getting resources most of her life. She has been in situations where she was disadvantaged and lacked the proper support system growing up and as an adult. Our founder's journey from hardship to hope inspired the creation of this agency. WIN.I.T.Y can provide an abundance of opportunities from tackling self-esteem & economic hardship issues to housing placement opportunities. WIN.I.T.Y is looking forward to expansion in the near future. We are here to make a difference, to open doors, and to provide the necessary resources for those who truly need it most.

Finding a safe and stable place to live is crucial. WIN.I.T.Y inspires to receive funding via sponsors/donors to build homes for our most forgotten individuals with limited resources and support.
COMING SOON: Learn how to become a sponsor/donor with WIN.I.T.Y. and donate to help build homes for the ones who need you most. It's already tough securing housing vouchers through subsidies, housing programs, and other means. Let's help each other by investing in one another.
