WIN.I.T.Y, is a Supports Brokerage agency dedicated to providing knowledge, hope, and real-life help to those who need it most. My Story
WIN.I.T.Y, was founded in August 2024 by Latonda Hinton, who currently resides in New Jersey. Latonda has struggled with finding and getting resources most of her life. She has been in situations where she was disadvantaged and lacked the proper support system growing up and as an adult. Our founder's journey from hardship to hope inspired the creation of this agency. WIN.I.T.Y can provide opportunities from monthly food shopping to opportunities to be able to get discounted furniture via Wayfair Furniture for now; but WIN.I.T. Y is looking forward to expansion in the near future. We are here to make a difference, to open doors, and to provide the necessary resources for those who truly need it most.

Food Benefits
So let me get this straight...People are allowed to do whatever they want with their budgets except actually use the money for essential things like groceries, clothing, or goods we actually need in the home? This is why WIN.I.T.Y is very essential to this world we live in today. We assist in obtaining food benefits to ensure that no one goes hungry. A WIN.I.T.Y supporter will guide you through the process and help you access the resources you actually need! WIN.I.T.Y would serve via Goods and Services with Public Partnerships, LLC. Ask a WIN.I.T.Y supporter how your Support Coordinator can help you get approved for services.

Housing Support/Resources
Finding a safe and stable place to live is crucial. WIN.I.T.Y inspires to receive funding via sponsors/donors to build homes for our most forgotten individuals with limited resources and support. Latonda is not just a business owner, but she is also a Realtor with Better Homes and Gardens Maturo! She can also help her clients find housing and become more independent via Supports Brokerage services through PPL. As previously mentioned, Latonda inspires to expand. COMING SOON: Learn how to become a sponsor/donor with WIN.I.T.Y. and donate to help build homes for the ones who need you most. It's already tough securing housing vouchers through subsidies, housing programs, and other means. Let's help each other by investing in one another.
